I have Dropbox pro and are experiencing the same issues. What's the point of that service if it's going to be such a pain to retrieve them? I know your desktop version is better for this, but why have you decided to make your browser and app version so awful?
I hate that you'd rather preview files for me rather than instant download them as you used to. Downloading from you android app is also a real pain where you have to do it file by file
